About Us
It all started in 1992 when George Lott and his wife Leila hired a General Contractor to remodel their first home. After numerous oversights, mistakes and missed scheduling deadlines by the General Contractor they decided to fire the “GC” and tackle the job themselves. They started working evenings and weekends and with the help of a few sub-contractors, they successfully accomplished their first remodel while keeping within their budget. George and Leila so thoroughly enjoyed the remodeling process together they purchased a second home shortly after and successfully remodeled it as well;thus developing a real love for this kind of work.
Consequently, they purchased and remodeled 16 homes over the next 8 years as real estate investors. These homes ranged from 30 years to about 100 years old. The type of remodeling/renovation work ranged from foundation and structural repairs to kitchen and bathroom remodels to complete home renovations. Due to their thoroughness and quality of work on these homes they developed a following of potential clients.

So in 2001 George opened Perfect Ideas, LLC to serve these clients. The business has continued to grow and evolve ever since from referrals from satisfied customers. George and the Perfect Ideas team continue to work closely with homeowners from concept to completion with attention to every detail to achieve the goal of meeting all the client’s needs and expectations. Perfect Ideas utilizes state of the art project software that allow us to communicate regularly and precisely with our clients on every detail concerning the project.
